HP PROLIANT ML570 G4 SERVER BOOTING ISSUE

Hello,

I just upgraded our HP Proliant ML570 G4 Server last week. I installed the updated ROMpaq. It works smoothly for almost 2 weeks. But this morning i saw the server that's having a red light in the front panel. I started to truobleshoot. I replaced the 4th processor and the red lights disappeared. So i let the server boot up, but on the Windows Server 2003 Logo it stays there and doesn't want to continue booting. I tried the safe mode but it does not work.Also i tried the repair mode still the same result.

Can anyone help me on my issue?
