HP Power Manager 4.1 memory leak

I upgraded our servers version of HP Power Manager 4.0 to v4.1 as we were experiencing memory leak issues, and I had been informed that v4.1 fixed this issue
It has recently come to my attention that v4.1 is also experiencing memory leak issues, as we have various servers with the DevManBE.exe executable using in excess of 200Meg of memory. These servers are DL360's and DL380's which are serial connected to R3000 UPS's.
