HP ProLiant DL 145 G1 with VMWare ESXi and Windows 2003 64Bit

Hello,
I have a problem with my HP ProLiant DL 145 G1 - Server. I had installed the new VMWare ESXi Server on it. I have not had any problems so far. The ESXi works. Then I installed Windows 2003 Standard R2 32Bit in a VM. It works. As I would install the Windows 2003 Standard R2 64Bit Version I got a failure.
The system said that I have tried to install a 64Bit System on a 32Bit platform. I should try the 32Bit platform. I need a Windows 2003 Standard R2 with 64Bit.
Now I am searching a Bios (CMOS) Upgrade but I havn't a flobby drive. So I have to use the firmware maintenace CD. But there is no firmware maintenace CD for the DL 145 G1.

Question 1: Where can I get the firmware maintenace CD for the DL 145 G1?
Question 2: What can I do If the BIOS Upgrade doesn't work?

hi,

I think, that if your esx server is 32 bit based, you can't install 64 bit Wirtual machine inside WM.
