it presents the following message in the boot:
"1611-Fan 7 Failure

how to decide this problem?

possible cause: a redundant fan is not spinning.
action: replace the failed fan
this server assuming G1 has 7 fans

All fans are functioning perfectly, does not have none with rotation problem. and I did not find the G1 that you he mentioned.
The picture attached alone this the identification of FAN 1 until FAN 6, where is FAN 7?

well in the picture fan 7 is referred as 6
try swapping the fans so you're gonna determine
which fans is not working OK
