HP ProLiant DL360 G4 - Unable to get to RBSU
We just got 3 refurbished Proliant rack servers - dual Xeon 3.4, 3GB RAM - from an authorized HP distributor. I had the distributor put the additional 2GB of RAM, a CD-ROM, and an 80-GB HD. When I tried to boot a unit up, all I get is the RAM info and processor info (how many processors and which ones) for the unit. I need to install OS, specifically SuSe 10.3, however, when on the boot I press F9 to enter RBSU to change boot option to CD-ROM, I don't get any response and it takes again to the screen with RAM and CPU info. The screen reads:
"3072 MB Initialized / 3072 MB Detected
Proliant System BIOS - P52 (08/15/2005)
Copyright 1982, 2005 Hewlett-Packard Development Group, L.P.
Processor 1 initialized at 3.40GHz / 800 MHz (1 Mbyte L2)
Processor 2 initialized at 3.40GHz / 800 MHz (1 Mbyte L2)
"
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: HP ProLiant DL360 G4 - Unable to get to RBSU
Anar,
There is a later version of the system firmware available (see link below), so I would try to update the firmware first. I didn't see anything in the notes listing a fix for not being able to launch the RBSU, but it might do the trick. Good luck.
