HP ProLiant DL360 G6 And Serial Card Low Profile

I have a problem with a HP ProLiant DL360 G6 and a serial card Exsys EX-44292 Low Profile:

We use HP ProLiant DL360 G6 (Model No: 470065-156) servers installed on Windows XP SP3. When we add the card EX-44 292 in the server and it installs the drivers, everything seems in order. Serial communication (RS232) with the card works. But when we turn off the server, the following blue screen appears just before the server goes off completely (after closing the dialog box of Windows):

Hardware malfunction
Call your hardware vendor for support
NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error
The System Has halted

We are forced to manually turn it off by pressing the power button. This problem appears randomly, but frequently repeated anyway. This problem does not seem to affect the functioning of the server.

We have made various tests:
- Test server memory
- Test with other memory modules
- Update server BIOS
- Relocation of server operating systems
- Relocation complete server
- Relocation card drivers
- Installing additional drivers for the card
- Exchange with another card of the same model (EX-44292)
- Installing the card in another HP ProLiant DL360 G6
- Removing the card
- Restarts the map without multiple
- Installing the card into an HP ProLiant DL360 G5 (it works)

In any case the problem persists except in cases where the card is removed from the server. As soon as you withdraw it, the problem does not breed (blue screen above). We thought it was a card issue, but this card works correctly and without blue screen with the HP ProLiant DL360 G5.

Is there a specific setting related to the server? Do you have any solutions to offer us?

Thanking you in advance
