HP ProLiant DL380 G3 more than 4 Gb ram?

Hello. I got an HP ProLiant DL380 G3 and I would like to be able to use more than 4 Gb of ram. I do realise its only possible to run 32 bit so I have no clue how or if its even possible to get it to accept more than 4Gb. I know the machine itself can handle up to 12 Gb but what do I do with the 32 bit OS? I can run pretty much any OS as long as I can get it to run atleast 7 Gb of ram.

Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition supports up to 32GB of RAM on that server without the need for 64-bit.

See the TechNet comparison of Win 2k3 editions to verify:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc758523%28v=ws.10%29.aspx

Note the DL380 G3 does not support any higher Windows Server version than 2003 officially, there are no driver packages beyond 2003.
