HP ProLiant DL380 G4 NIC teaming problem

I can't get the on-board NICs to team. Both work on their own but when I try to team them one ultimatly gets disabled. This runing Win 2003 with drivers updated. Any suggestions where to look for the problem?

Which version of Network Configuration utility are you using and what version of Drivers.

I have seen this and sometimes is fixed by just aupdating everything to the latest version.

1. NIC driver
2. NIC Firmware
3. Network Configuration Utility
4. Insight Management Agents
