1)please help me to solve this problem
2)i need some tool to check for all server components

- but try reseating the memories and swapping them
- update your System ROM
any other error in Integrated Management Log(IML)?

No have any tools to chech ram working or not
in dl380 g5 you have small moniter this appear if you have any error in server in g4 dont have doftware application

In DL380 G4 server there is no panel to check the RAM working. Only thing to check as above mentioned you can check by install the RAM in different combinations and on the system board check for amber indication near memory module. If its there then replace that particular module.
As per the sanpshot you shared issue showing with two modules (3 and 4). Just check server with only two modules (1 and 2) in slot 1 and 2 and check for any error. Then do the same thing with other two modules.
If issue remaisn same then check module 1 with 3 and module 2 with 4.
Suggest you to check the error msg in the Integrated Management Log Viewer (HP Utility) for better expedite teh issue. And you can also run the Offline diagnostic utility from Smart Start CD (It comes with server) to check for any memory issue.
