Hi,
I have a Brought a new HP DL380 Gen8 Server configured all parts . When i powered it on it powers on fine and shows the new boot-up display and shows the progress of system startup process but doesnt show any of the options such as F9,F10 or f11, it enters into black scree. I waited for several min but no use it stays in black screen only......

Re: HP ProLiant DL380p Gen8 Booting issue
Hi Pradeep,
Did you call HP support because its a new server, if so what did they say?
What you could do is, remove additional RAM, Add-On cards if any and test the server.
Also remove any external devices like USB key, drive. Just connect power, keyboard and mouse.
Thank You!
I am a HP employee.
