HP ProLiant ML 350 G5 RAM upgrade
Hello,
We have an HP ProLiant ML 350 G5, Chipset Chipset Intel┬о 5000Z, Processeur Intel┬о Xeon┬о E5320 Quad Core (1,86 GHz, 80 watts, bus frontal 1066 MHz), and with RAM DIMM PC2-5300 (DDR2-667) of 1 GB.
We want to upgrade our server RAM to 4 GB or 6GB. Is it possible?! If it is, wath would be the best configuration for 6GB like : (2*2GB + 2*1 GB) or (6*1 GB).
Thanks for your help.

Re: HP ProLiant ML 350 G5 RAM upgrade
Look in the user guide for your beast. It shows how to fit the RAM. I have a ML115 G5 and just fitted 4 x 2Gb RAM. Advise putting in 2Gb up to what you require. If running as a server perhaps 8Gb would be ideal?

If it is a 32bit OS you don't need more than 4 GB
