Whixh type of Storage Controller you have on this server?

  • Performance model: HP Smart Array P410/256MB RAID Controller (RAID 0/1/1+0/5/5+0)
  • Base model: HP Smart Array P410 Controller (RAID 0,1std) Zero memory
  • Entry model: HP Smart Array B110i SATA RAID Controller (RAID 0,1,10

Re: HP ProLiant ML150 G6 Server hard drive problem

thx for your reply  ,,,,

iam not talking about the raid the hards on the raid are working just fine, iam trying to connect the hards to the sata ports on the mother board , any way ithought that my problem was size limitation so i retairned the 4tb and get 2 of 2tb hard disks and now it only sees 3 hard disk at a time

Re: HP ProLiant ML150 G6 Server hard drive problem

My question is about controller card installed on this server?

Normally when HDD is attached to MOBO the RAID is controlled by Software not the card.
