HP ProLiant ML150, can I install 9 hard drives?

I'm planning to use ML150 as a storage server (8 hard drives, combination of RAID1 & RAID5) using third party RAID controllers. Is it possible to mount one extra, 9th hard drive and use this standalone drive just for the operation system (Windows Server 2003).

The reason for using third party controllers - maximum logical drive size limited to 3TB, so I can't use 1TB drives for building my RAIDs.

First of all you have to check how many hard disk bay is there. Depending on this hard drive bay you can configure the raid level.
