HP ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2 with Server 2016, Hyper-V

There's been some topics on this in 2016 and I am seeing if there's been any software updates that improve compatibility. I have a HP ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2 with a RAID 1. I would like to install Server 2016 standard and run Exchange software (I know, not recommended on host) with a Hyper-V DC virtual machine. Previous topics have said that I need to disable VT-D in the bios to make it work. I would like to know if this has been remedied since 2016. If VT-D still needs to be disabled, how badly will it affect my performance? Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

That article only explains how to enable/disable VT-D.

I'm referring to this article where the user had difficulty running server 2016 with Hyper-V and had to disable VT-D. I was wondering if there's been any updates regarding this issue, since 2016, since I would like to keep Vt-D enabled.
