HP ProLiant ML310e Gen8

After update (Windows update) Windows Server 2012 R2 Standart on HP ProLiant ML310e Gen8 BSOD Critical_service_failed. Pls help!

If you are having a restart problem, follow the steps below.

1. Download the Hotfix available in MS KB2966870
2. Install It
3. Restart the server.

Also, does the server produce a BSOD when the OS starts or after booting to OS ?

Have you raised a case with Microsoft to decode the BSOD ?

@KTplus I somehow able to download the minidump. After analyzing found that the ntoskrnl.exe is causing the issue.

Suggestions:
1. Verify if there are any update patches from MS. If yes, install them.

2. Verify if the serveris running with latest firmware.

3. Is there any hardware error reported in the IML logs ?

4. Share the Active Health System Logs to further verification.
