HP ProLiant ML370: : doesn't "stend up"

I have Win2003 Server. I must shut it down and...

He don't want to open. only "Applying computer settings..."
Then I start from safe_mode it is ok.

Last time I wait 2 hour and it was ok he "stend up". Now I must shout down
and a Have the same problem !!!

Event Viewer I find in SYSTEM:

try disconnecting from network. Might be a DNS issue in AD

if that gets you in then log in (while disconnected) and make sure DNS info is correct.
