HP ProLiant ML570 G3 - QuickFind error 10

Hello, i'm italian so excuse me for my english.

I'm using HP ProLiant ML570 G3 but i can't turn on the server. If i open the server case, i find this situation:

- on the QuickFind diplay i see 1  "Proc" led yellow and error code number 10 but in User Guide Manual i can't find this error code.

- led number 14 in memboard component is green but it blink

What can i do to start the server?

Refer HP ProLiant ML570 Generation 3 Server Maintenance and Service Guide from page number 72 for System board LEDs and QuickFind Diagnostic display codes:

Remove the failed or suspected processor, PPM / component and boot the server and update the status.
