Can't start the HP ProLiant System Shutdown Service because of errors listed below.

Objective/Summary:
How to fix a server when the HP Proliant System Shutdown service will not start.
Solution:
1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Type regedit
4. Click Edit
5. Click Find
6. Type sysdown
7. Hit F3 until the following path shows at the bottom: My Computer\HKLM\system\ControlSet001\Services\sysdown
8. Right click on sysdown folder
9. Click delete
10. Hit F3 until the following path shows at the bottom: My Computer\HKLM\system\ControlSet003\Services\sysdown
11. Right click on sysdown folder
12. Click delete
13. Restart Server
14. Click Start
15. Click Run
16. Type services.msc
17. Verify that HP Proliant System Shutdown Service is not listed.
18. Close Window
19. Navigate to SystemShutdownService folder
20. Run cp008306.exe first. (Depends on your OS version, download the appropriate HP ProLiant iLO 2 Management Controller Driver for Windows)
21. Click Install (yes to overwrite)
22. Run cp008383.exe second (Depends on your OS version, download the appropriate HP ProLiant Integrated Lights-Out Management Interface driver)
23. Click Install (yes to overwrite)
24. Click Reboot
25. Check services.msc to verify Proliant Shutdown Service is started
26. End Solution
