HP Proliant BL Rack Upgrade Error

Rack Upgrade software does not work. Gives me an error, see below.

Error:

"Unable to enumerate rack components!

Check all cables and connections."

It is already up to date. I installed it again but still no help. Any other ideas?

did you stop services before Updating ?

CPQRIIS.EXE, CPQRIIS.CFG, CPQRIIS.INF, and CPQIPMB.DLL

Rename Older by *.*.exeold, cfoold, infold and dllold temporary or Cut them to Temp folder

reinstal CP005412.EXE once again

Along that any fault Led at the Back ?

I stopped the service, renamed the files and installed it again. No help.

No fault leds at the back.

I seem to remember having the same problem, when blade enclosure + 1u power had mismatched firmware version. After rebooting the blade, from which I was launching the utility, I was able to reflash the devices.
