HP Proliant DL140 G3 - Network Adapter issue in Win Server 2003 SP2

Hi,
I have a HP Proliant DL140 G3 which was fully working until today with a SUSE distribution.

Now, I need to install Windows Server 2003, but I'm not able to install network adapter drivers. I got always the following message:
"The software will not be installed on this system because the required hardware is not present in the ssystem or the software/firmware doesn't apply to this system."
This message appears for ALL installer which can be found in this page:

Can anyone help me?
