HP Proliant DL320 - RAID new Drive HELP

One of my drives went bad on my HP Proliant DL320 G3 the other day. I received a new drive placed it in the server. The drive 00 is in degraded mode, and the new drive 01 needs to be setup. I rebooted the server and hit CTRL A to setup the new new drive. I hit Manage array shows the old drive 00 RAID 1. I selected the new drive to configure array I hit INS to select and then I try to configure array on it and it tells me can't setup array on one drive. Since the first drive is setup already I don't want to screw this up. Any clues.
