HP Proliant DL360 G6 Beep sound on start and Black screen

When starting HP Proliant DL360 G6 getting beep sound and nothing on-screen only black. the checked power supply is ok 

Then Opened health Led and found amber color on all Rams and 1 fan

Strange thing when I open the server no single ram connected and how without ram the server was working can someone explain please because I am new in servers.

Couple of queries here :

1. Your statement " Then Opened health Led and found amber color on all Rams and 1 fan " . So there were RAM module installed on the server or are you talking about emply RAM slots

2. Was this a working setup ?  I mean .. was the server working before 

3. Please share a photo of the system board if available
