HP Proliant DL360 G9 Boot Controler Change
I have looks around but have not been able to find a solid answer or solution.
I have a DL360 G9 with 2 controlers. (1 x P440 and 1 x P440ar)
The Embedded P440ar consists of 8 x 900GB HDD split into 2 RAID5 Drives of 3 disks each and 2 spares
The P440 in Slot 2 consists of 2 x 300GB HDD configured to a simple RAID1 Drive onto which i have installed 2012 R2.
I initially configured the P440 and installed the OS onto it and everything was happy. I then configured the P440ar using HP SSA and as soon as i reboot the server the boot controler is set to attempt to boot from the P440ar which as you can is the wrong controler as the OS is on the P440ar.
I have looked all through the BIOS and there is no where to change this. I am desperate for some help.
Thanks

Re: HP Proliant DL360 G9 Boot Controler Change
I am aware of this document from HP which tells you to change the boot controler order but i do not have this option.
