HP Proliant DL360 - Network configuration utility

Hi,
I have a HP proliant DL360 (X86-Based), running Windows 2000 Server SP4 on this system.

Having problems with teaming the 2 on-board interfaces with the HP Network utility. the teamed connection is showing as connected, then several moments later fails over to the other NIC.

I am running utility version 7.
There are no errors in the event logs to suggest the NIC is faulty, nor in the IML.

The NIC's are HP NC3163 Fast ethernet.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
