HP Proliant DL360G4 - No display

I have a HP Proliant DL360G4 which has no display. It does power up and then idle back down and appears to trigger the disks to spin; however, there is no display. Initial thought was that there was a hardware issue with the MB so we replaced the motherboard with newer one, but still same issue. There is practically no information on the HP website on this issue. Also, just to note, there are no amber lights on the motherboard, just some green status lights across the board. Any help or further information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Sometimes a reseat of the components fixes the problem. Resetting NVRAM might also help in some cases.

Turned out that this was a CPU issue. There is dual CPU's on this machine. I took out CPU0 and put into CPU1 and was able to get the display, but with only one cpu. will need to get another.
