Hello!
I have a Proliant DL360e Gen8 which has recently suffered some unfortunate failures and requires a replacement system board. I've managed to locate one, but with some compatibility worries. The p/n on the existing board is 647400-002 and the replacement I've found is 684956-001. The best info I've been able to find indicates that the 684956-001 board only supports E5-2400 series processors and my server does have an E5-2400, but a v2 processor. Sandy vs. Ivy Bridge. Is there anyone who might be able to let me know if swapping these boards would work?

If you are using v2 Processors, the SB you have will not be able to boot up. You need this one:
