HP Proliant DL375 G1 hp-health

I am trying to install hp-health on a server with Debian (jessie) on it. However the installation fails due to missing "hpasmd" command. The /opt/hp/hp-health/bin folder contains some binaries, but not the hpasmd file. Seems as if the init.d script is broken or something, trying to open deprecated files?

Anyone have workarounds?

Re: HP Proliant DL375 G1 hp-health

It depends on the version of health agents you are trying to install.

HP System Health Application you are trying to install may not support this server or OS.

As I remember from version 8 or 9 of HP System Health Application, the hpasmd program is no longer included in rpm.

Just cross check what you are installing and weather it supports this product and OS.

Thank You!
