HP Proliant DL380 G5 crash

Server restarts / crash for some reason. All firmware & drivers up-to-date.

See attached dump file.

OS : windows 2003 server X64

Stop 0x00000109 is not associated with a hardware failure. This may be associated with some antivirus or firewall application on the server.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
