HP Proliant DL380 G5

heres the tings: we dont have server administrator cose i was fired, so, the server dont start, id try to run the recovery CD but it tells me (se ha detectado una configuracion de unidades logicas no valida. consulte la guia del usuario para obtener instrucciones sobre la config...) when im trying to recover the factory configuration..please, help me!!
