Re: HP Proliant DL380 G7 Series server
Hello All,
I am trying to access the ILO3 port on my server and I cannot get the web interface to show up. The ILO was not connected to the server so I created a DHCP server on my pc and let the ILO get an ip and I tried to go to the web page of the ILO via http://ilo<hostname> and http://IP address. I could not get anywhere via hostname but when I put the IP address I got a security certificate error, after click proceed, and it times out saying it could not get connected.
I can ping the ILO from my laptop and I can ssh into it using the username and password on the pull out tab but I do not know how to use the CLI as the help functions are not very helpful for me; GUI baby.... If we can export the logs via CLI, can anyone explain how to do this?
I have been combing through Google and HP support papers for the last couple hours and could not find anything useful.
Again, I thank everyone who has posted their support in helping me get this server up and running.
USUHS
