Re: HP Proliant DL380 Gen8
Hi There,
Good day!
If the firmware upgarde is not fixing the issue, Kindly check if all the baffels are installed in the empty Hard drive and power supply Bays.
Kindly check if there are any HPE non geniune accesories installed, Such as hard drives, memory , network adapters etc.
Check the Below bios settings and check for the issue reported.
Power Management Options -> HP Power Profile -> Maximum Performance
Power Management Options -> HP Power Regulator -> HP Static High performance Mode'
Advanced Option -> Thermal Configuration -> Maximum Cooling
Cheers
