HP Proliant DL380G5 - rebuild problem

Hello everybody !
The problem is: there is HP Proliant DL380G5 that runs in our company. Array controller: Smart Array P400. There are 6 HDDs (2 RAID arrays): HDDs 1 and 2 - RAID 1+0; HDDs 3,4,and 5 - RAID5. HDD6 - unused (spare). A couple of days ago disk 1 flashed to red. Server has been stoped, disk 1 has been changed with spare. After reboot array controller has started to rebuild data. Everything is done logically, but the problem is that the rebuild progress from 0 to 100% (according to ACU's 7.70.12.0 information) takes about 1 hour and and remains 100% for near 26 hours. If ACU will be closed logical drive status changes from "Rebuilding" to "Waiting for Rebuild " and after next reboot the process of data recovery will start again.
Is there any solution to manage this problem ?
Tnx

hmmm ,, well remove nattery from raid controller and cache to start server it will complain,

now replace cache , restart,
restart again now replace battery

and press to continue and accept data loss
as this usually happens when data is jammed in cache , or when the cache is playing up..

This is how we thank each other in the forum
