Hi, I am seeing an alarm notification from from one of our Proliant Dl380 G5 5160 machines.
The message is as follows: cpqDa7PhyDrvStatusChange: Slot 1. Port2l Box 1 Bay 4 -> predictive Failure
Please could you advise me on the significamce of this and what I should do about it. It sounds serious. Thanks.

Predictive Failure - means, if its a disk, that on the HW level is a predictive failure detected, means that the disk is a live but it should be immediately replaced, because he can fail any time.

if you have a Support Contract or Carepack, open a HW call at HP.
