HP Proliant G8 not detecting USB devices

we have a proliant G9 NAS Storage in which it is when we connect to USB ports its not detecting and even the remote desktop were also not accessable. checked on the registry configuration as well, all were with default configuration..

Hi Mohamed, 

Which ports are not working Rear or Front. Have you tried all the ports.

Please check the artilce from Microsoft

Please check in device manager, is there exclaimatory mark or the driver has been taken properly. 

Try updating the driver with latest SPP from the HPE site.  If all USB ports having the issue, please log ticket with HPE to troubleshoot further.

is USB disabled in RBSU?
