HP Proliant H.D.D is very Slow and irregularly Flashing

Hi

i have a Problem with Server

in the First Time I Configure 5 H.D.D Server With Raid 5 and install ESXi For virtualization Use

after 2 month one of Server H.D.D Fail and I replace Fail Hard Drive with Safe H.D.D

so after change this Hard Drive the VM Speed low and Flashing H.D.D is unusual

all of H.D.D is Raid 5

All of LED H.D.D together Blinking and after 3 or 7 seconds Hard Active LED Blinking is irregularly

 for Example H.D.D #1 turn on next #2 And #3 Next 5 and finally #4 and for some Seconds all of H.D.D LED is Blinking

Do my Server is Normal State??

why Speed Install Program in VM is Very Slow??

Hi. If you have a smart array controller you can use the tool "hpacucli" to get status of the controller, the array and the disks. You can install it in ESXi.
