Hello ! i have a problem with a Proliant ml 350 G6.
it was working fine for a verry long time but i wanted to ram upgrade it.
it has 32GB ram today and i was buying 32GB more.
first i power cyceld the server to se if it was any problems. and it wasn't.
so i installed the new 32 GB ram and than it dont want to turn on.
no leds even showing upp anywhere. so i uninstalled the new ram and tryed to power it on but still now sight of life.
than i was reading on this forum and i tried to take ot the psu and flush it back in with the cabel inserted. but with no result. still it want work.
do any of you know what i can do to get it powerd on again so please help me.

I have seen several old ML 350 G6 Server, that running a long time. If you remove the power, they don't come up again. And no Light, as you have. We try to change Power Supply, but it never helps. The only solution is to change the Motherboard.
I assume, that there is an aged out Electronic Device on the Mainboard, that prevents the Server to come back after a Power loose.
Remember, this Server is around 7 to 11 Years old.

Solutionit had noting to do with motherboard or psu. it was the power back panel. i was buying a new one and everything worked like a charme.
thanks for so far. it was the tip i got after calling hpe support. and it was the problem.! thanks a lot.
