HP Proliant ML 350 gen8
Hello
please i have a problem with this server
is working fine but sometimes i hear a fan noise .. it's random i can hear that sound 5 or 6 time by day . 30 seconds maximum 1 minute after that all is fine .....
i have 2 power supplies
i checked the server the sound of this noise dosen't come from my fan system but from 1 of my power supplies.
how you any idea how i can fix this issue?

Hi,
If its the power supply, you may have to replace it, but before doing so, swap with another power supply (same part number) just to make sure its not something else.
Alternatively you can try updating the Server BIOS and iLO Firmware.
