HP Proliant ML110 G7 Boot

Hello guys,

 

I have an HP Proliant ML110 G7  and yesterday i formatted it, installed the new version of VMware Esxi(Esxi 5.1 - Customized for HP Proliant Servers) and installed a new tp link ethernet as well. After that i noticed that in the boot screen the "Dynamic Power Capping" circle is missing. Also, i noticed when i shut it off that all the lights are still green except the hdd activity.  Usually only the power button is on and the colour is  orange.
