HP Proliant ML110 G7 Memory Error
The board of my HP Proliant ML110 G7 burned and I had to change it. When mounting the new board I'm having a little problem that I believe is some board configuration. I will explain: I installed the memories starting only with a memory in Channel 2-A. The server turned on and worked, so I installed a second memory on channel 4-B. This way the server did not turn on, turned on the system integrity led and turned on the constant beep. I did more testing with channel combinations, however, more than one memory only works using channels 2-A and 1-C. So, I conclude that the two channel memories are not working. I need to know if there is any configuration that should be done, I have 4 memories of 2 Gb each.
Regards,
Tiago

Re: HP Proliant ML110 G7 Memory Error
Possibly bad or incorrect memory?
Check the memory section of the quckspec for more information on memory slot population

Re: HP Proliant ML110 G7 Memory Error
Here are photos of the memories. The board was tested by the vendor with equal memories, however, I believe the board has received a reset after the test.
