HP Proliant ML150 G6 Server stops working after black out

Bascily i had my server running in a storm yesterday, i was outside at the time and didnt know. There was a struck of lighting and the power went off for 20 seconds or so and and when i turned it back on it would make the fans power at full but there would be no screen ativity no disc activity light or anything (apart from the Ethernet light) so if anyone could help, Thanks ~ Toby
