HP Proliant ML310 G4 suddenly reboots- No Errors Logged

Product Name ProLiant ML310 G4
Processor Package 1 (Socket 1, Core = 2) Intel Xeon Processor @ 3.40 Ghz
Operating system environment Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003 for Small Business Server, Service Pack 1 (Build 3790)

For the past few days the server has rebooted itself for no reason. No blue screen, no message logged in event viewer (System ior Application) other than Last reboot was unexpected. Mostly reboots end of day and overnight. No applications or processes scheduled to run otu of hours other than normal windows/exchange services. The server dosen't shutdown/startup it just switches off and then boots up again. Startup/Recovery settings have been changed to disable Auto Reboot on errors.
HP Systems Management shows no errors logged.
Could it be a power supply problem?

Any other ideas?
