HP Proliant ML330 G3 Power On state in Bios

My company has a client which had a Proliant ML330 G3 recently installed by another vendor. The other vendor also installed an APC UPS. The server (running Novell 6) will not shut down properly. APC says the Power On state need to be changed in the BIOS of the server.
Can someone tell me which setting that would be in the BIOS? Is it available on this model of server? I looked but found nothing which looked like this type of setting.
