HP Proliant ML350 G5 Warning Lights

What do the HP Proliant ML350 G5 Warning Lights mean or represent?

In particular the two to the left of the power led.

We have a server where these two are flashing red and will not boot unless its power cable is removed and replaced.

Are you sure you have the right server/model/G#?

The ML350 G5 front panel LEDs are on page 73 and there are no lights to the *left* of the power LED even if the server is on its side.
