Did you install the OS with one processor or two? If you added the second processor after the OS install you need to upgrade your HAL.

Also, don't forget to update the system firmware via ROMPaq download http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/revision/2022.html
It looks like there were issues with 2 CPUs in the past with ML350.
