HP Proliant ML350

Добрый день. Установлен контроллер HP Array P420i. Недавно решил проверить состояние жестких дисков, защел в HP Smart Array Management, но эта утилита не видит контроллера, только вот такое сообщение (во вложении). Все работает нормально. Версия HP Smart Array Mfnfgement 9.40.12.0

Hi,

1.) Make sure P420i is the controller to which hard drives are attached.
2.) Try with SSA.

By the way, there is no attachment in the post.

Установил SSA, запустил. Пишет ошибка контроллера HPE Smart Storage Administrator

  • 851 Controller lockup error: Restart the server and run a diagnostic report. Install the latest version of controller firmware. If the condition persists, the controller may need to be replaced or require service.
    Если я перезагружу сервер, он потом включится? Или нужны будут какие то действия?
