HP Proliant ML350G reboots without any warnings

Hi.
I`ve the followinf config:
HP Proliant ML350G3\Sa642 with RAID5 (4x18,2GB HDD 15K RPM)\1GB RAM

After power up, servers comes up to OS Loading screen and reboots silently, without any warnings. The suscpiction to memory.
So I take HP Smart Start CD for memory test.
Trying to boot from CD - the same result, after appearing text:
Loading HP SmartStart CD ...
server reboots silently,
informs me: Critical error occured at prioor power up
continues to boot until boot from CD or HDD and restarts infinitely.

Then I`ve added one more 1Gb ram (2x1GB modules) I`ve loaded successfully to SmartStart CD -> HP Insight diagnostics and try to run memory test. Server reboots silently while testing memory.
:(

reset all PPM / CPU / Memory
if dual try one at time
if one, borrow from second system

Hi boom.

Boot the server with the minimim required to boot correctly, 2 dimms and 1 processor and run Insight Diagnostics again.

Dimms on same bank must be of same speed and size.

Banks must be populated from lowest dims size and speed to higher if mixing is allowed.

Re: HP Proliant ML350G reboots without any warnings

Thanks a lot for your reply.
It looks like one of 2 modules is broken.
I`ve tested both modules in pairs and separately from each other on ML350G3 & ML370G3.
Both servers show me the same results"
- if two modules installed, the servers is able to boot from CD, but fails memory test.
- if one, suspicious module installed - both servers fails to even boot from CD.

Removing broken module make system stable
