HP Proliant ML370 LED Internal Error

We have a HP Proliant ML370 that fails to boot up and the Internal Health LED is red. Any ideas on what I need to look for? We tried switching the Memory Chips. But the same result. We have another server (the same) and it boots up just fine.I guess my question is What do I need to look for and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Check for Riser Board LED status
and then for following options

Interlock Off = Riser board seated properly
Red = Riser board not seated properly

Processor 2 internal error Red = Processor failed
Off = Normal

Processor 1 internal error Red = Processor failed
Off = Normal

System power Green = System in on and has power
Off = System is in Standby or power is off
