HP Proliant PCI Hot Plug Isolated power fault detected in PCI slot 6

I have two DL580 G2's that have both experianced this problem. One was running and in the middle of the day I received this in the event log and the Gigabit adapter NC7770 dropped out of the team and out of the network and dial-up settings. There were no lights on the card at this point. I rebooted the server with no resolution. I replaced the card and it worked fine. The next day I was about to build a ghost restore image of the other server and when I booted up using the network boot disk and selected the NIC I recevied the same error. Again there were no lights on the card, I did a cold boot with no resolution. I reseated the card and it came back fine. The only information I found on it was stating that if you receive a power fault in the PCI slot to reboot to correct. I also found an advisory on the NC7770 driver for the card fragmenting traffic and not responding but I am already running the resolution driver suggested.
