HP Prolient ML350 Server Beeps when powered on

HP Prolient ML350 Server Beeps when powered on

When I start the server the CPU starts to beep and out of 4 LED in the front panel of the server second LED Turns to Red. I could not understand the meaning for this. And the server has redundant power supply option. Will you please help me?
