HP R/t3000 UPS INTL disappearing
Here is the setup: DL120 G6 server running 2008 R2 x64 HP Power manager installed on server (4.3.2) USB cable connecting server to R/T3000 INTL UPS It would seem that when the battery is charging HP power manager can see the UPS , when it is fully charged it cannot be contacted until shutdown and cycled. Have disabled wwindows server 2008 R2's ability to put the USB root hubs to sleep in device manager. Just so you know I hot swapped the battery with another while it was running and it did not appear. Any hints would be appreciated. Kind Regards
